Additional markets are $50/mo for configuring pricing, products, and other features custom to each market. There is a one-time setup fee of $2,000. Statewide and National coverage options are available.

Three subscription plans available, all include complete and unlimited access to all of RoofQuote PRO's features:

MONTHLY: $2,000 setup +$350/mo, no commitment (can be paused without incurring the setup fee again)
ANNUAL: $5,500 for annual plan, includes 2 months free for paying for the full year up front, then reduced to $3,750 for consecutive year or can be switched to monthly
ANNUAL ROLLUP: $510/mo (setup fee is rolled into your monthly cost), 12-month commitment, then reduces to $350 per month after 12 months with no commitment. In lieu of the upfront setup fee, this plan does not include 2 free months.

During this one hour session, our onboarding specialist will guide you through setup, including configuration of your PRO portal and website integration. &nbsp;To successfully launch this tool on your website, plan on all important individuals to attend including marketing, sales, and management personnel and ideally the person who has access to edit your website. If needed, you can book a follow-up onboarding session to wrap up any details or help with additional features.

Onboarding can be scheduled typically within a couple of days from time of purchase or whenever is best for your team. Once the tool is installed on your website, it is ready to receive leads. The tool installation on your website requires your website developer, so it can fluctuate how long it takes on average to start seeing leads depending on how quickly your team can complete the installation and make any other desired changes to your site. Lead volume differs based on many factors like website traffic, marketing efforts, website design, etc.

How does RoofQuote PRO come up with the measurements and how accurate is the pricing?

Our patent-pending proprietary technology determines the Total SqFt of each roof on the property based on the surface area with suggested pitch and waste. Then pricing is calculated based on pricing set by the contractor for each of their specific products. Instant quote pricing can also factor in additional charges for steep slope roofs and a dealer fee when financing is enabled. Roofle has tested this technology with hundreds of thousands of estimates and it has proven to be 95% accurate with 95% coverage across the US and getting better. However, a detailed measurement and/or site verification is recommended before selling the project and placing your material order.

What if the roof shape does not show up or looks wrong on the website?

If no roofs are detected but are within the contractor's service area, the data may not be available for that specific location. However, homeowner's can still request a quote by completing the traditional form provided. If the roof shape(s) appear inaccurate, click "Edit Roofs" to use the drawing tools available on the map feature to draw or edit the roof shape.

Should I worry about showing my pricing online?

Your online quote will not display important information which was used to calculate the price, like total SqFt, waste used, etc, so it's very difficult to reverse engineer what you are charging. Plus, every contractor's tool is unique with different product offerings, warranties, package details, etc, making it difficult for homeowners to make comparisons to any competitors using the tool. To be frank, you should be more concerned with surpassing homeowner expectations than your competition. How do customers pay?

When you are ready to charge a customer, log in to your Contractor Loan PRO portal, select the customerʼs name and enter the amount requested and whether it's for initial deposit, project charge, or final charge. A text message will be sent to that customer's number that was used to apply, allowing them to approve the request. This message will provide a passcode to reply with to accept the payment request. Once approved, funds will deposit into your bank account and the available spend on the loan will decrease by the amount of the payment.
